His background in management and business development gives him a strategic approach to real estate. Ross and his wife, Ashleigh, live in Oxford with their three children.

As our Operations Coordinator, Spencer plays a critical role in keeping our short-term rental portfolio running at peak performance. Highly tech-savvy and detail-oriented, Spencer streamlines our systems, monitors performance metrics, and ensures every property meets our high operational standards. With a family background deeply rooted in real estate and technology—his father served as a lead appraiser for a major real estate tech company—Spencer brings a natural understanding of both data and property operations. His expertise allows us to run more efficiently, respond faster, and deliver a superior experience for both guests and property owners.

As our Guest Experience & Quality Assurance Coordinator, Mallory brings a sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality to every aspect of her role. Born and raised in Oxford and a proud attendee of University of Mississippi, she brings strong local roots and a genuine passion for Southern hospitality to her role. As our Maintenance Operations Manager, Braxton oversees the maintenance and performance of every property in our short-term rental portfolio, ensuring each home is exceptionally cared for and guest-ready at all times. A native of Oxford and attendee of University of Mississippi, he brings deep local knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a hands-on approach to property care. In addition to serving in the United States Army Reserve, Braxton comes from a family of real estate investors and has extensive experience managing investment properties and improving operational efficiency. His dedication and attention to detail help ensure a seamless experience for both guests and property owners.

As our Quality Control Manager, Ana plays a vital role in maintaining the consistency and excellence that define our short-term rental operations. With nearly seven years on the team, she brings extensive knowledge of our processes and an exceptional attention to detail to every property she oversees. Ana and her husband are raising their three daughters in Oxford, where she is known for her reliability, dedication, and warm personality.
