 Originally from Kentucky, Ross Polancich came to Oxford to attend Ole Miss and quickly fell in love with the community. Now a dedicated real estate agent, he specializes in property management and investment properties, helping clients maximize their real estate success.

Before entering the industry, Ross spent over a decade in corporate restaurant operations, overseeing large teams and launching new franchises across the Southeast. His background in management and business development gives him a strategic approach to real estate.

 As our Operations Coordinator, Spencer plays a critical role in keeping our short-term rental portfolio running at peak performance. Highly tech-savvy and detail-oriented, Spencer streamlines our systems, monitors performance metrics, and ensures every property meets our high operational standards. With a family background deeply rooted in real estate and technology—his father served as a lead appraiser for a major real estate tech company—Spencer brings a natural understanding of both data and property operations. His expertise allows us to run more efficiently, respond faster, and deliver a superior experience for both guests and property owners.
